The Piseco Lake Association (PLA) was formed to provide a representative voice in civic and community matters of interest to property owners and area residents. The purpose of the Association is to stay aware of and be involved in activities that enhance or threaten: water quality; fishing availability; boating safety and boat cleanliness; as well as all other recreational, ecological and aesthetic aspects of Piseco Lake. Our members include residents, visitors and organizations who share the common goal of protecting the natural beauty of Piseco Lake for generations to come. The PLA takes an active role in informing and educating residents regarding the importance of responsible lake management.
We are totally supported by member contributions. Please consider joining our efforts if you are not already a member. It is important for us all to participate in our efforts to preserve and protect the lake that we all enjoy. Membership applications are available under the document section on this web site. The Association is a not for profit corporation and has obtained 501 C (3) Federal Tax Code Status.

Protecting our lakes and waterways from invasive species is one of the most important functions of the Piseco Lake Association.

Protecting our forests, woodlands, and other areas from terrestrial invasive species is important to maintain the health of our forests and the beauty of our communities

All New Yorkers and visitors should be able to access, enjoy, and feel welcome on state lands. While enjoying these shared spaces, be respectful of other visitors. Share trails, treat people with kindness, and leave things as you found them for others to enjoy. All of us have a responsibility to protect state lands for future generations.
